  • Do I need to be a paid member to earn loyalty points?
    Nope! Our loyalty program is available to all members, including free members. However, paid members get additional perks like exclusive content, personal readings, and deeper discounts on services.   • Can I use multiple point rewards on one purchase?
    You can use one point reward per transaction, but feel free to save up for bigger rewards or use them regularly for consistent savings!

    Points are typically added within 24-48 hours after service completion or purchase.
  • How do I check my point balance?
    Log into your member account on our website to view your current points and reward history.
  • Do my points expire?
    Points remain active as long as you book at least one service within 12 months. Stay engaged with your wellness journey and keep those points growing!
  • Can I combine point rewards with member pricing?
    Absolutely! Your loyalty point discounts stack on top of your already discounted member rates for maximum savings.
  • What happens to my loyalty points if I need to cancel my appointment?
    Points are awarded after you complete a service. These points can be accumulated and used for future discounts on services. If you need to cancel your appointment, simply reschedule it to ensure you still earn your points upon completion of the rescheduled session. However, please note that if you cancel the appointment altogether without rescheduling, the points will not be awarded.
  • What happens to my loyalty reward points if I cancel my membership?
    If you cancel your membership within the first month of signing up, you will forfeit all accumulated loyalty reward points. Additionally, any "double point rewards" earned during promotional periods will also be lost. After completing your first full month of membership, your earned loyalty points will remain in your account even if you later cancel your membership. However, you must maintain an active membership to continue earning new points and accessing member-exclusive point redemption options. Double Point Promotions: Special promotional double point rewards are only retained if you maintain your membership beyond the initial 30-day period. Early cancellation results in forfeiture of all bonus points earned during these promotional periods. Point Redemption: Active members can redeem points for services and products. If you cancel and later rejoin, your previously earned points (from after your first month) will still be available in your account.

  • Are there any setup fees or contracts?
    No setup fees and no long-term contracts! You can cancel anytime. We believe in earning your loyalty, not trapping you in it. If you are signing up for a rewards or points bonus - please read the rules associated with those promotions. No setup fees! However, our Massage Memberships, Gangsta Guru ($25/month), and Gangsta Master ($55/month) memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment to ensure you get the full value of your membership benefits. After completing your initial 3-month commitment, you can cancel anytime with 24-hour notice. We believe in earning your loyalty through exceptional service and results. If you cancel before completing the 3-month commitment, you'll be responsible for paying the difference between the member discounts you received and regular pricing. If you are signing up for a rewards or points bonus - please read the rules associated with those promotions.
  • When am I billed?
    You're billed monthly on the same date you signed up. For example, if you join on the 15th, you'll be billed on the 15th of each month.
  • I signed up for a trial offer, what happens after my trail ends?
    You'll automatically be charged the regular monthly rate unless you cancel before the trial period ends. You'll receive reminder emails before any charges.
  • How do I apply my membership discount code for services and products?
    Depending on the discount you are accessing, the application process will vary. For product purchases in our shop, if you are using your 5% discount, you need to apply the code each time at the checkout page. You can find this discount code in your monthly benefits email or in your welcome email. If you are accessing your 15%-20% discount for holistic services such as Massage, Reiki, Psychic Readings, or Sound Healing, you will need to use the specific code provided for each service. Please refer to the details in your email communications for the exact code and instructions. If you have any further questions, feel free to reach out to our customer support for assistance.
  • Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership level?
    Absolutely! You can change your membership level anytime. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to new benefits. When downgrading, changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
  • What is the refund policy for membership?
    We offer a satisfaction guarantee within the first 7 days of your membership. Should you not be completely satisfied during this period, you are eligible for a refund. However, after the initial 7 days, no refunds will be issued. You can cancel your membership at any time to avoid any future charges. If you took advantage of a promotional sign-up, please note that there are no refunds on free days, and rates may be prorated or discounted based on the paid price or days used.
  • Can I place my membership on hold?
    Absolutely, you must use any of your benefits you earned for the month prior to it being on hold. You will not accrue any charges, points, or benefits while the membership is on hold. Please reach out to place the membership on hold. When you return, you'll pick up right where you left off!
  • How do I cancel my membership?
    You can cancel anytime through your account settings in the app, or by contacting Shannon directly. No hassle, no questions asked.
  • What happens when I cancel?
    If you cancel you'll keep access to all membership benefits until your current billing period ends. After that, you'll return to free CommUnity Group access.

    Of course! Your spiritual journey isn't linear, and neither is your membership. You can rejoin anytime, though trial offers are only available once per person.

  • How do I get my monthly card pull/video reading?
    One card pulls are delivered through the app's chat feature. Card pulls typically arrive within the first week of each month, video readings by mid-month.

Therefore, we have implemented a cancellation policy to ensure that we can accommodate all of our clients and maintain the quality of our services. If you need to cancel or reschedule your holistic healing session—including Massage, Reiki, Psychic, or Sound Healing—you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the session's cost. No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full session fee. This policy allows us to manage our schedule effectively and offer appointments to other clients who may be waiting for an opening.     Gratuity, it is not required but always appreciated. Our prices are created for the value without adding pressure for you to add gratuity.
